William's practice includes all transactional areas of the entertainment industry including but not limited to: music, film, electronic media, photography, gaming, copyright, trademark, and various business aspects of the industry such as entity formation and career planning.  

 

As a former professional musician, William understands the specific needs of his clients throughout the field of entertainment.  Having personal experience dealing with industry issues as an entertainer gives William a unique perspective when counseling clients.

William's clients include Emmy-award winning film producers, Billboard-charting artists, musicians and bands, record labels, managers, industry executives, and entrepreneurs.

 

As a former Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps and a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, William knows how to fight for his clients to get them the best deal possible.
